Yermek Makash graduated from the Kazakh Academy of Labour and Social Relations, Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, under the Bolashak programme. He is a certified IPMA Level C project manager.

In 2004-2010 participated in the implementation of state youth policy. Worked and managed the Association of Youth Public Organisations in Almaty, Republican Student Movement "Alliance of Students of Kazakhstan".

In 2010-2011 worked as a manager in JSC "Centre for International Programmes" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2011-2013, studied under the Master's programme at the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia. 

In 2013-2016 held the positions of Deputy Executive Director, Executive Director of the Association of scholarship holders of the international scholarship of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Bolashak". He was also a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University.

In 2016, was appointed Director of the Department of Housing and Construction Assets Management of JSC "National Management Holding "Baiterek".

In 2017-2018, managed commercial IT projects.

In 2018-2020, participated in the development of EdTech initiatives as a senior consultant of the Educational Centre of "BTS Digital" LLP.

In 2020-2021 worked as Deputy General Director of "BTS Education" LLP.

In 2021-2023 was engaged in entrepreneurial activity.

Yerzhan Irgebayev graduated from D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan State Technical University (1998), East Kazakhstan State University (2004), and The University of Nottingham (2018). Candidate of Technical Sciences.

He started his career in 2001 as a Director of “Niet” LLP.
In 2003-2009, held the positions of Deputy Director for Operations, Executive Director of the Eastern Technical and Humanities College.
In 2009-2010 was a senior lecturer at D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan State Technical University.
In 2010-2014 worked as a chief expert of the Office of Monitoring and Coordination of Higher Education Institutions of the Department of Higher, Postgraduate Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2014, was appointed Head of the Department of Planning, Development and Innovation of the DHPE of MES RK (2014-2018).
In 2018-2019 was the Head of the Department of Planning and Financing of Higher Education of the DHPE of MES RK.
In 2019-2021 held the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Higher and Postgraduate Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since 2021 he is Deputy Director of the Higher Education Development National Centre.

Alibek Madibekov graduated from A.Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University, L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, specialised in law (PhD).
Graduate of the Bolashak Programme - Pennsylvania State University, USA, specialisation in law.

Alibek Madibekov started his career as a lawyer at the International Public Foundation "KATEV".
In 2013-2019, worked as Director of the Department of Social and Civic Development at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University. He was also a researcher at the Institute of Modern Studies (2014-2015), a lecturer at the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional Law (2015-2019).
In 2019-2021 held the positions of Head of the project office for the course "Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship" of the Department of Human Capital Development, Project Manager of the project office "Rating of educational programmes of higher education institutions" of NCE RK "Atameken".
Prior to his appointment as Deputy Director of the Higher Education Development National Centre, he was a lawyer at “DizaynProektMontazh” LLP (2022-2023).

Amantay Nurmagambetov graduated from Kirov Kazakh State University with a degree in physics (1974). In 1983, he completed postgraduate studies at Lomonosov Moscow State University.
