The Global Forum on Academic Freedom, Institutional Autonomy, and the Future of Democracy will be held in Strasbourg on June 20-21, 2019.

The Global Forum co-organized by BFUG, the Council of Europe, the International Consortium for Higher Education, Civic Responsibility, and Democracy, and the Organization of American States, the International Association of Universities, The Magna Charta Observatory. The meeting will be held at the Council of Europe Headquarters.
