Acceptance of the application and issuance of the result of rendering the state service are carried out through:

1) non-profit joint-stock company "State Corporation "Government for Citizens" (hereinafter - the State Corporation);

2) the "e-government" web portal (hereinafter - the portal).

Terms of rendering the state service

The term of consideration of the application for recognition of legalised or apostilled documents on education is:

- when applying through the portal-15 (fifteen) working days

- when applying to the subdivisions of the State Corporation-25 (twenty-five) working days.

The term of consideration of an application for recognition of non-legalised and non-apostilled documents on education is:

- when applying through the portal-35 (thirty-five) working days

- when applying to the subdivisions of the State Corporation-45 (forty-five) working days

The term of consideration of an application for recognition of legalised or apostilled documents on awarding a degree, specified in clause 24 of the Rules for recognition of documents on education (hereinafter - the Rules) is:

- when applying through the portal-10 (ten) working days

- when applying to the subdivisions of the State Corporation - 15 (fifteen) working days.

The term of consideration of an application for recognition of non-legalised or non-apostilled documents on awarding a degree, specified in clause 25 of the Rules, is:

when applying through the portal-35 (thirty-five) working days

when applying to the subdivisions of the State Corporation-40 (forty) working days.

The term of consideration of the application for recognition of legalised or apostilled documents on the award of academic degree specified in paragraph 26 of the Rules is:

when applying through the portal-60 (sixty) working days

when applying to the subdivisions of the State Corporation-65 (sixty-five) working days.

The term of consideration of the application for recognition of not legalised or not apostilled documents on the award of academic degree specified in paragraph 27 of the Rules is:

when applying via the portal-77 (seventy-seven) working days

when applying to the subdivisions of the State Corporation-82 (eighty-two) working days

The term of consideration of an application for issuance of a duplicate is:

When applying to the subdivisions of the State Corporation-15 (fifteen) working days.

When applying through the portal-7 (seven) working days.
