Today, the Head of State outlined the key directions for Kazakhstan’s development. The Address presented important initiatives that will shape the country’s course in the coming years:

• Establishment of a Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and acceleration of the adoption of a Digital Code.
• Creation of a State Digital Assets Fund as a strategic reserve.
• Support for business: launch of a Regulatory Intelligence Center, simplification of legislation, and protection of entrepreneurs from excessive inspections.
• Development of the real sector and promotion of national products for export.
• Launch of a national air cargo carrier and prioritization of multimodal transportation.
• Granting Alatau city the status of a fully digital city.
• Introduction of a new Construction Code and plans for the construction of the second and third nuclear power plants.
• Digitalization of water resource management and the creation of a unified migration accounting system.
• Social policy: unification of benefits nationwide and strengthening of the pension system.
• Political reform — transition to a unicameral parliament.
