Presentation of the draft of the National Qualifications Framework for Higher Education

On June 3, 2019, at the meeting of the BFUG Thematic Peer Group A on Qualifications Framework (Prague, Czech Republic), A. Nurmagambetov, adviser to the Director of the Bologna Process and Academic Mobility Center, presented the draft of the National Qualifications Framework for Higher Education (NQF HE) elaborated by the working group of the Ministry of Education and Science of the RK. It includes three cycles: bachelor's degree studies, master's degree studies and PhD doctoral studies.

It was shown that the descriptors of the NQF HE correlate with the descriptors of the overarching Qualifications Framework of the European Higher Education Area (QF EHEA).

For a more detailed analysis, the NQF HE has been sent to experts from Germany and Finland.
