«Mamandygym - bolashagym» program

The «Mamandygym-Bolashagym» project is being implemented within the framework of the Program for Increasing Incomes of the Population until 2029.

The main goal of the project is to reformat the professional education system, taking into account the current and future demand of regional labor markets in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Work completed on the project:

- regional maps of labor demand (Atlases of new professions and competencies) have been developed in 5 regions (Pavlodar, Mangistau, Karaganda regions, Astana and Almaty);

- professional diagnostics of students was carried out on the basis of the EduNavigator.kz platform (Pavlodar, Mangistau, Karaganda regions, Almaty);

- educational programs have been updated in accordance with the demand of the labor market. In total, 50 educational institutions introduced 440 new educational programs (261 specialties);

- teams of 15 regional project offices were trained (methodological preparation for the development of regional maps of labor demand according to the Skills Technology Foresight methodology);

- 2,500 school career guidance counselors were trained (National Center for Advanced Training «Orleu»).

 

The Office of the «Mamandygym – Bolashagym» program also performs the following work

  1. Implementation of the «Mamandygym – Bolashagym» program;
  2. Formation of conditions for advanced professional education of regions;
  3. Training of Skills Technology Foresight methodology selected by the management of organizations of higher and postgraduate education (hereinafter - OHPE), employees of OHPE within the framework of Foresight schools;
  4. Organization of prompt and effective interaction, coordination and methodological support of regional project offices based on OHPE*
  5. Assistance to OHPE in conducting Foresight sessions with industry experts;

Ensuring the presentation of ready-made regional Atlases of new professions by regional project offices.
