Есть ли возможность получить руководство по заполнению формы заявки вуза/НЦ для включения Паспорта образовательной программы в базу/реестр? Заранее благодарю!

I want to ask about the medical certificate. Does it have a special format created by Kazakhstan government scholarship or it can be any relieble medical certificate? I mean is there any medical certificate form we should download from your website and then fill out by the doctors or there is not and the hospital in which we refer to provides one?

There is a standard form that is available in Kazakhstan. In other countries you should ask for the medical references that are mentioned in this description "A medical certificate for study abroad, containing the conclusions of a therapist, narcologist, psychiatrist, as well as data from an X-ray (fluorographic) examination, laboratory tests, as well as a medical certificate confirming the absence of the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV infection) and AIDS, issued by official health authority of the applicant's country of residence".

Здравствуйте! Я имею высшее педагогическое образование по специальности "Биолог". Обучалась в Костанайском государственном педагогическом институте 2005-2009гг. С октября 2019 по апрель 2020 гг прошла профессиональную переподготовку в Московском "Национальном институте дополнительного образования" по программе доп. проф. образования "Специальное (дефектологическое) образование с присвоением квалификации "Логопед". Имею диплом. Нужно ли делать признание диплома ? И имею ли я право работать в гос. детском саде? Спасибо за ответ!

Центр Болонского процесса и академической мобильности МОН РК на ваше обращение сообщает следующее.
В соответствии с п.8 Правил признания документов об образовании, утвержденных приказом и.о. Министра образования и науки Республики Казахстан от 19 июля 2021 года № 352 признанию подлежат документы об основном среднем, общем среднем, техническом и профессиональном, послесреднем, высшем и послевузовском образовании физических лиц, получивших образование в других государствах и в международных или иностранных учебных заведениях (их филиалах).
Исходя из вышеизложенного, документы о профессиональной переподготовке (повышении квалификации) не подлежат процедуре признания. Вопрос о трудоустройстве не входит в компетенцию Центра.
