Analysis of international experience in maintaining the Register of educational programs of higher and postgraduate Education
The analysis of the international experience of maintaining the Register of Educational Programs (qualifications) in a number of countries (Great Britain, USA, India, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Germany, Czech Republic, Russia, Portugal, Spain) carried out by Bologna process and academic mobility center showed that the Register:
- provides a systematic environment about skills, learning outcomes, supporting the recognition of real knowledge and skills;
- serves to promote public confidence in regulated qualifications;
- increases public awareness of all commonly recognized qualifications and the benefits of regulated qualifications;
- shows state-approved academic programs.
