Training in innovative educational programs should be carried out only in one Organization of higher and postgraduate education and have no analogues in other Organizations of higher and postgraduate education in Kazakhstan.

Currently, of the innovative 276 Educational programs, most of 68 EP relate to the field of education "Business, Administration and Law", in second place - "Engineering, Manufacturing and Civil engineering" (53 EP), in third place - "Pedagogical Sciences "(40 EP).

The largest number of innovative educational programs are in the L.N.Gumilyov Eurasian National University (40 EP), E.A. Buketov Karagandy University (34 EP), D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University (19 EP), Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (18 EP).
