I applied to scholarship after applied i need to create my personal account so when I click the link it did not work i waiting for one week still it is not working.

After applying you need to wait for a letter from Admission.
Admission will check your documents, and only after accepting of your applictaion you will receive an access to your account.

Нужно ли производить нострификацию диплома специалиста выданного РУДН (Университет не входит в список перечня зарубежных организаций высшего и послевузовского образования, документы об образовании которых признаются на территории Республики Казахстан) при наличии DIPLOMA SUPPLEMENT - унифицированная во всех европейских странах приложения, в которой указано, что степень специалитета соответствует степени магистра? Согласно Правил признания документов об образовании, утвержденных Приказом и.о. Министра образования и науки Республики Казахстан от 19 июля 2021 года № 352, признанию подлежат документы об основном среднем, общем среднем, техническом и профессиональном, послесреднем, высшем и послевузовском образовании физических лиц, получивших образование в зарубежных организациях образования, в том числе их филиалах, а также в научных центрах и лабораториях.
На основании вышеизложенного следует, что Ваш диплом подлежит процедуре признания.

If you will be accepted into the Scholarship Program, at the time of applying for a visa, the expiry date of the passport must be at least 6 months. The list of accepted applicants will be published at the end of August.
Therefore, you may be denied a visa.
You can first apply, then change your passport. Or apply with a new passport.

After passing the 1st stage, you will receive an email with a link to the online test.
After that, you need to wait for a letter with instructions for the interview.

Количество выделяемых грантов, количество вузов участвующих в подготовке кадров по данной программе, количество трудоустроенных, количество отчисленных в период обучения в вузе? количество отказников по обучению по данной программе. You can apply for the scholarship programme as long as your passport is valid, i.e. you are eligible to apply.
