Здравствуйте, Интересует вопрос признания диплома о высшем образовании, полученным в РФ. Просмотрела рубрику вопросы-ответы, и все таки не совсем понятно: надо ли проходить процедуру признания диплома, полученного в РФ или не надо? Из Ваших ответов другим респондентам на аналогичный вопрос следует: В соответствии Правил признания документов об образовании, утвержденным приказом и.о. Министра образования и науки Республики Казахстан от 19 июля 2021 года № 352, к признанию подлежат документы об основном среднем, общем среднем, техническом и профессиональном, послесреднем, высшем и послевузовском образовании физических лиц, получивших образование в других государствах и в международных или иностранных учебных заведениях (их филиалах). Дипломы, полученные в других государствах и в международных или иностранных учебных заведениях (их филиалах), подлежат процедуре признания. Вместе с тем, по п.14. названных выше Правил, процедуру признания документов об образовании не проходят следующие лица: 2) обладатели документов об образовании организаций образования стран, подписавших международные договоры (соглашения) освобождающие от признания, согласно приложению 5 к Правилам, т.е. страны участники, подписавшие Соглашение СНГ "О сотрудничестве в области образования" от 15 мая 1992 года, к которым относится и Российская Федерация. Таким образом, прошу разъяснить подлежит ли процедуре признания документ о высшем образовании, полученный в РФ или не подлежит.

I already studied the Kazakh language course at Al-farabi National University for about 9 months through the announced scholarship, and obtained my diploma and recommendation letter. When the process of our language course ended on 30/06/2022, the officials of the relevant university told the 40 of us who participated in that scholarship to apply for this scholarship that has already been announced, and we sent our application. Therefore, the names of 40 of us who studied the language (Kazakh) course. It is not in the published lists. Will another list be published for Afghan students? Officials of Alfarabi National University promised us that we will provide you with education for the first year of the university. We really do not know whether to wait or not? Please guide us.
